x86/asm: Fold LOAD_C_CLOBBERED into RESTORE_ALL

With its sole other user removed, fold LOAD_C_CLOBBERED into RESTORE_ALL to
reduce the cognitive load of trying to work out which registers get modified.

No functional change.
